The location is great! Only last year we were moved from room to room in this hotel and this year too, and the day before departure, when we returned home in the evening, we found that something was being installed on the balcony...

The location was good and I liked the friendly staff.

It is located in the Gold Coast, and Lotte Mart is located in the building, making it easy to use the mart and shop.
However, there was no clear instructions on how to check in, and I made a reservation for 5 people, but when I went to the accommodation, it was for 4 people, so I raised an objection, but was given an absurd explanation that the sofa was a bed, and if I asked for an additional bed, I had to pay an additional fee. We requested bedding, an extra bed, and towels for one person to use, and paid an additional fee.
There is a lot of difference between the information on the reservation site that says 2-bedroom and 3-bed rooms, so you need to be careful when making a reservation for 5 or more people.
Additionally, there was a lack of various kitchen utensils, and they were old and inconvenient to use.
I absolutely do not recommend this accommodation.

I kept asking questions through the agent, but I couldn't get a proper answer.
As expected, I arrived and went in for over 30 minutes ㅡㅡ
The cleanliness of the accommodation was also very poor.
It was spacious for the price and other than the fact that it was next to a supermarket, it was difficult.
