Stayed here or 7 nights. Rooms are good, equipped with everything you need. I recommend ocean view rooms.
Quality of breakfast is average, no big variety/choice available.
Lot's of Chinese and Russian tourists.
Locarion is good, close to Shoppingcenter mall, Restaurants and the beach.
Swimmingpool far too cold and windy, gym is simple.

2023 newly built hotel, service staff polite, in my room 1 socket issue and scaller battery died but these are minimal.Overall perfect.

Greatly satisfied at Annova Hotel, decided to extend our stay for another 4 days after our initial 5 days.
Pros:
-Prime location
-View of our room
-New building, so everything seems clean and neat
-Service is great
-AC works perfectly
-Smart TV with access to YouTube
-Bathtub with ocean view
-Comfy bed
-Pool, sauna & gym
Cons:
-Lots of Chinese tour group travellers, it gets busy/noisy during the breakfast. Hence, the food is primarily focused on those target group

The room is spacious with one open bedroom and another smaller bedroom. However, our stay was not that enjoyable because the substandard service quality and restroom amenities, it was even smell in the toilet on the day we checked in. We felt a shortage of staff in such summer high season, which caused the service was too slow.
