I've stayed 7 days in apartment. Location was really good and very near from beach. Lotte market was located on the next door. We've changed our room, because needed to be more comfy sofa. Host was very kindly and helpful. He arranged change room with quick.

I had to book for 0.5 night stay, so choose this hotel since the hotel is right next to lotte mart.
Still bit far from the main street. But we took uber, no problem.
However, the room they first gave me was stink really really bad. It was literally someone smoked a bit ago.
Thankfully, staff came to the room with the new room key and brought us to the another room.
Staffs are kind and gentle.
But you will get what you paid for (it’s really cheap)
The hotel seems bit old.

Environment: The location is very close to the beach, and it can be reached in three minutes on foot. I booked a sea view room and could see the beach. There is a large shopping mall and supermarket behind the hotel, which is quite convenient.
Hygiene: It is clean and tidy. The bed sheets and bedding are complete and comfortable
Service: The staff is good, enthusiastic and patient.
The only drawback: I asked the front desk staff to help me book the train ticket to Hoi An, and they charged me an extra 58,000 VND in handling fees. The ticket price displayed at that time was 489,000 VND, and the front desk staff said that each person needed to pay an additional 70,000 VND in handling fees. But the ticket price printed out later was 451,000 VND. The fee was still charged at 550,000 VND per person.

The hotel is good, the room was spacious, but there was a leak from the hygienic shower, the door lock did not close well. We had to call the hotel repairman, who quickly came and fixed everything.
