"The view was amazing, and I liked the location of the hotel, however, there is quite a number of drawbacks connected to the service, I made 5 simple requests during my stay here (make up the room, bring the laundry at 2pm instead of 3pm etc...) and only 2 of them were fulfilled on time, the staff speaks limited English and I didn't find the female receptionist very helpful. Breakfast was basic. I went to see the pool and left it after a minute after seeing it, it was tiny and not clean. The mirror in the bathroom kept turning off every 30 seconds, whoever programmed it doesn't seem to have cared too much about it. It drove me nuts all the time I had to press the ON button again and again. Overall, I'd give this hotel 3.5 out of 5."

Hotel didn’t attend about paying for early check in (200.000vnd) they were saying “yes it can be at that time” I said “okay sure I can wait”, so it wasn’t check in at that time I really came , I was waiting for 2hours. When he said “u can go to ur room! But it’s 200k vnd for early check in!” I was surprised cuz why u can’t tell me before, when I asked u?! Receptionists weren’t helpful! Next one: they charge for water! ******* water! Water that includes in the room, I didn’t ask additional water, I used bottles in room. They charged me to pay for water?! Water that is not a compliment for guest anymore, it’s recourse to stay alive for humanity, especially in such weather like in Nha Trang, it’s so petty and inhumane!!!Rooms there not that cheap and they have issue with free water for drinking? Gosh. Same problem that u paying too much but nobody cares in this hotel about ur personal boundaries, something simple like to keep silence on a hallway. 5am kids are running and screaming in a hallway and knocking to the doors while they playing, why should I wake up in the morning and argue with those people about their kids?! Why should I say elementary rules to save silent and don’t bother to others???! Next one : after kids (argued and they left hallway, I came back to sleep again, BUT : came cleaning service 2hours later and with noise “cleaning cleaaaaaning cleaaaaaaaniiing” knocked cleaning service (I was like a parrot to repeat three times “thank u , not now, I don’t need it now and I pressed button before To not disturb “, why do they do this I can’t understand?! I paid for 2nights at this hotel I checked in earlier than 2pm , it was 11am or sth, they charged me for this! But situation that I left hotel earlier on a big half of the day, nobody cares and nobody gave me back money I didn’t use for living?! *** ?! What’s wrong with this hotel and those people which works in this hotel? I dunno!,"

"The location of the hotel is okay, not those hotel located just across the harbour front but it is quiet and convenient enough. The hotel exterior no need to mentioned but very nice and cozy. Hotel room is huge and my husband and I slept like babies all 4 nights straight, the mattress and pillows are just perfect.
Their buffet breakfast is not the type could surprise you but be fair they are okay with the taste and variety. Staff are very nice there and welcoming you as always.
Special thanks to receptionist Nov Anh, she is very professional with all the questions and enquiries you made. Other staff may not quite understand what you were asking but they all try their best to accommodate while your stay.
Potique Hotel has a private beach in front of Novotel Hotel, we went there twice and enjoyed very much. They provide towels and sunbath chairs with umbrella. Sadly the service close at 5pm, but you can still keep their towels with you after 5pm and pass them to reception when you finish.
Apart from this, one day I came back early (around 1-2pm) and probably disturb the cleaning ladies. I already mention we will stay outside at sitting area and wait until they finish, but seems she still get pissed with us with a sad face. That night we don’t have enough tissue paper and toilet roll inside the room…..
Overall, I enjoyed our stay very very much, friendly staff is what delighted us always when we come back from travelling outside. Thank you for providing us a special stay at Nha Trang."

I have no problem when stay here.
Breakfast is minimal for this price it is good.

EEdiGThe hotel isn't new (est.2008) and looks old-fashioned but the room is clean and spacious. The view of the sea is stunning.
Buffet breakfast was various but it was rather hot in the restaurant and the coffee machines didn't work properly.
The room service was OK but I had to ask them to refill a shower gel bottle or gave back my own hangers.
All in all, the hotel is very good.

AAnonymous UserThe resort was awesome! I chose the ocean view villa for 6. The villa was so big with 3 independent bathrooms and 2 of them had bathing tubs. I thought the little path in the villa could reach to the beach directly but found that it reached to a trail that you could walk to somewhere else. But it was really an ocean view. We had breakfast, lunch & dinner in the restaurant that the food & drinks were delicious and looked decent! The prices are reasonable to us. All the staff were nice and can speak in fluent English. We also enjoyed a free tea set at the Ocean Bar. It is only available from 15:00-16:00 so guests have to take time to enjoy it after check-in at 14:00. Also, the “beauty” body massage was great too. The masseur massaged in a Vietnamese style with moderate intensity. But it was quite full in schedule so guests are suggested making a reservation earlier by walk-in. Because phone calls are always user busy. I was surprised that Amiana put a birthday cake in the villa after I came back from the beach. It was lovely! The golf cart came fast to take us from the room every time & it only took a few minutes to the resort lobby. We should have stayed here for 2 nights instead of 1 night so we could have enough time to enjoy all facilities. When I checked out trying to call a Grab to the airport, there was no drivers available. But luckily the receptionist helped us to call a taxi. In general, I had a very good experience In Amiana and would highly recommend it!

TTATIANAWe are very glad that we chose this hotel! The beach is 5 minutes away, the tourist area, cafes, bars, restaurants and a shopping center are close, but it is very quiet!
Delicious and varied breakfasts. Cozy pool area on the 4th floor. True, the water is not heated. There are not many guests here. There is a gym nearby. There is a bar.
Very friendly staff, always ready to help. The restaurant, bar and reception staff were always friendly. I would especially like to mention Anh, who met us at 6 am on the first day and saw us off on the last day.
Mixed feelings only from the quest with towels. Every day after cleaning we found them in different places - in the bathroom, on the bed, in the closet, near the refrigerator. ))) But) cleaning was really every day.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is generally not bad, we stayed here in two different room categories. The rooms are spacious, good ventilation in the room. We asked for a quiet room, the request was fulfilled. Not all the staff is friendly, only men greet and smile, the girls do not pay attention to us. In our reservation, there was an early check-in at 1 p.m., but the staff refused to check in before 2 o'clock. Welcome drinks are also given apparently only to select people, we were not given them. When checking in, many guests are helped by the staff to carry their things to the room, we were also bypassed in this regard.

TT.R.Y.Room was big enough and clean. It looks little bit older than I saw in the photo. Breakfast is not that bad but worth the price. I like the massage and spa. All the staffs were polite and friendly.

GGuest UserThe main benefit is definitely the location, it's not far from the the downtown of Nha Trang, so in comparison to other resorts, here you can order a taxi and get to the city center within 10-20 minutes. The resort itself is great, everything is new and clean, very scenic view from the lobby, the staff is polite and caring. Breakfasts are tasty. The terrirory (beach and alleys) is not big, but on the other hand the resort has two swimming pools, so it was easy enough to find a sun lounger even during busy hours.
I would recommend this type of vacation experience for families with children, as imho for couples and lone travellers this kind of resort would be a little bit boring and for the families with kids all conditions are provided: children can enjoy the swimming pool and parents can chill under the sun.

He helped to book bus tickets, check the time, contact the bus center, and arrange all the pick-up and drop-off issues. He also helped to recommend attractions, contact attractions, and give professional advice. People's prejudices are like a mountain. I suggest that you must come to Vietnam once in your life.

RREESFor the price, exceptional. The room did not entirely match the pictures provided as the balcony provided was very narrow, so narrow in fact that a chair could only fit if placed sideways. The furniture in the room was also not well arranged, placed together at the end of the bed. All in all though, for the price, this is really an unbeatable offer. Staff at the desk were friendly and attentive, we encountered none of the issues with waiting mentioned in other reviews. The room was clean and the location was excellent. Despite a minor complaint about the balcony I wouldn't hesitate to return.
