Romantic Hotels in Nha Trang

Possibly one of the busiest hotels we have ever experienced. Definitely not the chilled vibes shown in photos! The rooms are spacious but a little dusty in corners. The breakfast is plentiful but busy and the pool is mentally busy… we enjoyed the beach location but even then one day the tide changed and brought in lots of rubbish including diapers!

When checking in, It took several hours for our luggage to be delivered to our room. However, the hotel manager quickly resolved the issue and the staff member who had made the mistake also sincerely apologized to us. We are truly satisfied with the sincere response from the hotel staff. As a result, we had a very good time at this hotel. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I come to Nha Trang. The service and facilities at this hotel were excellent !

The staff at the Intercontinental are friendly, Kind and so helpful and all the staff we encountered during our week long stay deserve a 5* rating! Special mention goes to MI our waitress at breakfast every morning for being so lovely and caring and looking after our needs. 🙏💕🤗 Am being honest with my feedback in saying that the rooms could definitely use a revamp as they feel quite dated and not up to 5 star standard we would expect from the Intercontinental brand. Message to Management, please install a professional coffee machine in the breakfast room as the coffee we were provided with on the first morning of our stay was just awful! 😢

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. The first impression is the friendly smiles of the receptionist, Security! Nam - Security is willing to lend a motorbike to help me buy medicine. The two girls of Thu Trang and My Duyen at the reception department are so beautiful, smiling and forgetting the way back!!! If born in the Phong Kien period, you will definitely be appointed to King Phi with Houng Hau!!! The rooms are very clean, the sea view and Co Tien mountain is very wonderful, the wind blows cool, the coffee is extremely good!! Sitting on the balcony to enjoy tea or drinking is fine. Well, should not drink too late, hit the wind to play :)) The wind is already very good! Buffet has not many new dishes, very basic like other 5-star hotels, but the chef cooks very well!! Still impressed with the chef named Duong and the chefs are also friendly and pleasant!!! Hope to stay again! have the opportunity to return to Boton!!! ＜ 3

Each time that I am in Nha Trang I always stay at the Liberty Central. It is very centrally located and unfortunately Mr Elvis was missing. So many people are caught overseas because of the 30 day visa requirement by the government. The staff are still fantastic and it is testament to his teaching. While the tourist areas of Nha Trang are still badly affected adversely by the Covid situation, the Liberty seems to be going quite o.k. I was the only European in the place and that is very clever marketing by the hotel and there was heaps of Vietnamese staying there. The rooms were up to standard as usual and the breakfast buffet was well up to its usual stqndard. A very big shout out to Miss Ha who is a great example of the fantastic stqff. Sure to stay there next time.

Very, very kind! Basically, all staffs are very kind. And, for 1 by 1 guest, they try best to make the guest feels comfortable. In my case, all service was excellent, especially, cooking class was spwcial experience. All staff in restaurant focus only on my family. And also, the staff(Mr. Huy Khanh) who is in charge of me tried best to make my family's comfortable. He always smiles and let us know useful information. Anyhow my vacation was really happy experience. 기본적으로 너무 친절하고, 게스트 한명 한명에 맞춤으로 집둥해 줍니다. 또한 부가서비스도 많고, 전담 스태프가 집중 캐어 해주고, 유용한 정보도 제공해 줍니다. 쿠킹클래스도 해봤는데 온 식당 직원이 저희 가족을 위해 집중해줬습니다. 시설 너무 깨끗하고 좋으며, 바다도 좋고 수영장도 좋고 리조트 전체가 깨끗하고 음식도 훌륭합니다.

The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

I recently had a stay at Hon Tam resort and I'm deeply dissatisfied with my experience. There were three main issues that left me highly disappointed: 1. Firstly, the resort is located on an island, and when I tried to arrange a boat trip myself, the security staff prevented the boat from docking and interrogated me about my whereabouts and activities. They even questioned why I would use outside services when staying at the resort. Initially, I thought it was a restrictive policy, but I agreed not to proceed to follow the resort's policy. However, when I wanted to pay the boat driver, the security staff still wouldn't allow the boat to approach for payment. After that, other resort staffs came and informed me that I can go and do what I want but I had to report and register my every move, as it was a resort regulation. This made me feel like I was in a military base rather than a relaxing resort. Despite receiving an apology from the resort management about the securiy guy's behavior, I still found the experience to be extremely unpleasant, especially for my mother who is over 60 years old and felt frightened. The resort's regulations regarding guest privacy and the intrusive nature of their inquiries were unreasonable and made me feel like I was under surveillance rather than enjoying a vacation. Beside that, the security guy treated me like a criminal than a customer. 2. Secondly, while my mother was sleeping, she was disturbed by some kind of animal, possibly a snake, crawling onto her, that made her couldn't sleep any more. I understand that the resort is surrounded by nature, and encountering snakes outside is somewhat expected. However, having a snake enter a closed room is completely unacceptable from a construction perspective. This incident raised concerns about the resort's standards and safety. 3. Thirdly, I observed a lack of consistency in the resort's management. I was informed that I could charge the mud bath service to my room and settle the payment upon check-out. However, when I went to purchase the mud bath ticket without cash, the staff refused to allow me to charge it to my room. I had to return to my room to retrieve cash before I could purchase the ticket. This was a significant waste of time. It's essential for the resort to ensure consistent information and management practices to provide a convenient and reliable experience for their guests. Despite these issues, I must commend the resort for its peaceful atmosphere, natural surroundings on the island, and the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the front desk, service, and electric vehicle staff. They were adorable and provided excellent support. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I had previously visited this resort and enjoyed its tranquility and natural beauty, which is why I brought my mother for a relaxing getaway. В целом очень неплохой отель, но есть много, но. Мы сейчас тут и начинают приезжать по чуть чуть-чуть китайцы, кто знает что это, хорошо, а кто нет - то это рой крикливой саранчи. После них пусташь. Завтраки определённо на 3-, но жирный плюс это разнообразие фруктов если успеете до саранчи и соотечественников. В остальном не далеко высокая кухня, скорее средняя заводская столовка. Уборка просто 2. Мусор (в пакетах) и песок почти не убирают. Приходиться самим убираться (полотенце для ног мочить и протирать пол). Мусорку убирают если что. Стабильно меняют полотенца и добавляют воду (4 бут. Воды в холодильнике платные). Прикольный двух зонный басик на 7 этаже с шикарным видом на море. Есть небольшая тренажерка, 2 бильярдных стола американки и настольный футбол. На 6 эт. Спа мы его еще не посещали , но постояльцам 30% скидка. Номера в целом не большие, но все необходимое есть - халаты, резиновые тапки, даже зубные щетки. Тв LG по ним только пропаганда и деградируещее 1, россия и еще какая хрень. Берите Тв приставки, деревянные рамки можно аккуратно отодвигать от стены снизу на себя и порт hdmi вам в помощь, рядом розетки. Душь забивается помогаетутые резиновые тапки (ногой хлопаете по сливу и пробиваете засор). Отдельно могу сказать, что локация очень удобная. Центр, внизу магазин с хорошим алкоголем и по хорошим ценам и черездорогу минемаркет, ночной рынок и многое другое.
