Check in was poor, the staff is poorly trained. Despite having a fully paid up booking my card was debited $87, for which they had no answer except apologising. They said they’ll looking into the matter but can’t do anything for now. They didn’t issue me a credit note for the amount charged. There was no wifi in the entire hotel during our entire stay , for which they could again only apologise 😡. They couldn’t get it up in 48 hours! Breakfast was served with a frown,no smiling faces, except Mr Liberta who was helpful and courteous. They couldn’t serve plain hot milk and gave unripe fruits ( oranges and bananas) during breakfast .
