It is an old hotel located in the old city. The room is large and the furniture is old but of good quality. It is relatively close to the old city train station. Two-star hotels do not provide slippers, drinking water and toiletries, not even tissue paper, and the service is slightly worse.

Always a nice welcome and clean hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast available at a reasonable price. Good location for shopping or eating out with a wide range choice and cost. Trains and trams with in a easy walk, better value than taxis.

This hotel is in an ideal location for the train station, bars, restaurants, shops and the coast. We stayed in a triple room that was cool, clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly. There is a roof terrace that you can bring your own food and drinks to. It is in the shade in the evening and is a good place to relax and cool off at the end of the day.

What a fantastic hotel in the middle of the old town in Nice. Handy for all the attractions of Nice . Fantastic staff a real gem of a hotel would highly recommend it if you are coming to Nice. The rooms are clean and of a good size . The breakfast is wonderful and you can sit on the open air and enjoy a coffee on the terrace Overall a great hotel what a find

This is a warning that cash left in safe in rooms is not secure. Last week when I stayed in Hotel Lepante had to ask man on desk to open my safe as it wouldn't open with security number.Same thing happened next day.When I returned home to London found 500 euros taken from envelope which had been in safe.Only somebody working in this hotel had key to room & knowledge to unlock safe.Please don't leave valuables in their safes as they are not secure.Hotel says it's not responsible for any losses so this is by way of a warning

The hotel is located close to the old town as well as to the rail station. A room was big enough, clean and with comfortable bed. There is no lift. We had a room at second floor. There is a bar next to the hotel, so there loud talks on the evening. However it is a good place to stay in Nice for couple of days.

The bedding is very comfortable, the bedroom and bathroom very clean and well renovated. The staff is very welcoming. The hotel is very well located, close to shops, the Nice Etoile shopping center, restaurants and the Jacques Médecin tram station.
