🏨 is just a few mins walk from Nice Gare. Room is small but functional. There is only soup in the toilet. Need to bring your personal commodities when staying in this hotel. Price is resonable in low season .

Rooms facing the road outside of the 🏨 can be noisy early in the morning. Room is not spacious, but good for single travellers without many baggages.

It's a little far from the beach or the center, but it's a 3-minute cut from the train station. It's not very clean, but it's neat and the staff are friendly. However, I think the water pressure in the toilet is a bit weak...
