"The hotel is very good, stayed for two months. Gungahlin life is very convenient, nearby Coles, Aldi, Woolworths, Bunning Warehouse, Kmart, BigW supermarket, shopping is convenient. There is also a light rail and convenient transportation. There is also a lake with ducks, black swans, and beautiful natural scenery. Love Gungahlin here. If you study abroad and immigrate here in Australia, you can take the PTE test. I'm trying to take the PTE test now. Friends who need information can contact me, WeChat tutehub."

"location not in the City Hall but near the university so easy to find the food and supermarket nearby. parking is only 12 dollars for multiple entries which is very good. room is very clean and modern. just the shower area the shower screen is a bit shorter. should install a glass panel door connected to the shower screen, so then the water won't splash out. wifi is fast and stable the bed is comfortable as well. staff is very friendly Breakfast is not at the standard, even the coffee machine was not functional but overall was a good stay."

"Everything was very nice, the apartment was cleaned, nice location….But they put us in the apartment where they have construction right behind the apartment. We were travel long way from Melbourne to Canberra, we hope that we can rest well after long day drive and get up late in the morning a bit before another long way to go. 7am next day when we all still sleeping, the construction started and very noisy, we couldn’t sleep anymore and have to check out early because the noise of it. We went down and let the reception staff know about it, they said sorry and will let manager know about the situation and will get back to me, that’s all. After 1 week no one at the hotel contact back or say anything about that bad service. If they know that the construction behind will start early and it can affect to the customers, at least they should let’s the customers know about that and choose we will stay or go to somewhere else, not just give us the room and say nothing about that."

"A little distance from the city centre. I am self-driving and it doesn't matter. The facilities are very convenient, as well as bbq equipment. A lot of foreigners have stopped a variety of motorhomes. There are sports venues and children's rides."

"Anything that could go wrong did go wrong!!! For a disabled room there was no power point near the bed. The only available power point in the room was in the bathroom. The air conditioning was manually powered and was positioned above the window so anyone in a wheelchair or that was short could not reach it. The only place to hang up your clothes was on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom was quite large but when I went to put the towel on the hanger it came apart!!!! And the top of the toilet was broken. Then I opened the fridge and it looked like a soda can had exploded and nobody had cleaned it. When I informed the staff member he was very lovely, he came in and cleaned the fridge, gave me a power board and extension cord for the bed which did help. But then in the morning the young staff member on took an hour and half to bring a toasted sandwich to my room after saying it would only be 10mins. He had clearly forgotten about it. So after such a bad experience I asked for my money back!!!!"
