The location of the hotel was great and the staff were very welcoming, but for some reason I had very little water pressure in the shower that night and the hotel forgot to provide me with shower gel.The toilet was flushing all night and I don't know why, but the hotel compensated me for breakfast the next day.Hopefully they will improve on these issues next time.

Great hotel. And great staff. The staff is very professional and friendly. She also can say thank you in Chinese. Very satisfying journey. The staff arranged a room with balcony for us. And we enjoyed the perfect lake view there. Everything is prepared well in this hotel. The breakfast was nice. You can enjoy different kinds of coffee.

I don't know if it was because of the high expectations from the Chinese media about Spitz that the actual impression was quite average, or maybe it was because the weather was bad for a few nights. The room was pretty good except that it was small. The view for breakfast was good, but it was a bit difficult to sit by the window if there were not four of us.
