Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Zimmer 6, das nur über eine schwer zugängliche Außentreppe und einen ungepflegten und schecht beleuchteten Gartenweg zu erreichen ist, aus der Buchung und dem Prospekt geht das leider nicht hervor. Auf Versuche telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen wird nur sehr schlecht reagiert. Für ältere Menschen ist es fast eine Unmöglichkeit das Gepäck über diese Außentreppe nach oben zu befördern. Im Bad muffiger Geruch eine Birne über dem Spiegel defekt, die Fenster zur Terrasse schmutzig. Die Matratzen zu weich, Zwei verschiedene Bettdecken eine dick die andere dünner. Zimmerreinigung fand am 2. Tag wie angegeben nicht von alleine statt, erst nach Anfrage und selbst anwählen des Housekeepings kam Nachmittags um 17.00 eine Reinigungskraft. Von Service kann hier keine Rede sein. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht. Die Website ist nicht auf dem neusten Stand müsste mit den Infos zum Frühstück in anderen Restaurants dingend überarbeitet werden. Von der Unfreundlichkeit der Betreiber am Telefon ganz zu schweigen. Auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert.
