The Citi Residenci Hotel - Asansol

Negatives: 1. Told us we cannot record videos for YouTube: Once we were shown our rooms, it looked different from what we saw online. So I called reception to confirm that we have been allotted rooms in the correct category I booked. Next, they called back saying, we cannot make videos for YouTube. It is not allowed, as per their policy. We were disappointed as we were making a series of our travel from Delhi to Kolkata, with many stops in between. Most hotels facilitate your filming process, but this hotel is different. So if you like making videos, avoid this hotel. 2. Staff should be trained to be more polite. 3. The staff at the restaurant was like, please don't sit in that section. I asked, why? She thought for a while, then said, it is booked. 4. Bathrooms had broken tiles, small in size. Not the cleanest. Positives: 1. The hotel facade is very good. 2. Very big parking. Not many hotels have it. 3. Ordered food in our rooms. Portion sizes were very good. Food itself was excellent, and affordably prized. The chef was very well mannered and asked over the phone if the food met our expectations. I ordered more. 4. The morning buffet spread was ok. Nothing to complain there. 5. Very budget-friendly hotel, compared to others in the same category. 6. The bed itself was comfortable. Clean beddings. Had a restful sleep. 7. We had two connecting rooms, which made them look more spacious. And we could travel between the rooms freely. 8. The hotel itself was nicely lit and well-decorated.

Very bad experience. Room was so cozy for 2 people. They actually provide us a single occupancy room. We 2 stayed in a single bed. Bed cover and blanket cover was torned. Ovarall experience is not at all good.

Rooms were not clean + the extra charge of super deluxe room has nothing useful addition from normal deluxe rooms also the rooms were interconnected and there were alot of noise at night

Very good stay, hotel location is ok with ample parking space, food is excellent though was a bit disappointed as continental dishes were not available due too busy schedule of the hotel with banquet bookings and all. Amenities and other services were also excellent.

Nice experience. Please booked this hotel with out any hesitation. It’s really good. All staffs behaviour are really nice.

Hotel is located in a central place for my places of work. Food quality was good. To me location is very good. Amenities are also very good
