I was expecting it to be a resort from the name and the introduction photo, but the explanation at the front desk took the resort feeling away. Even though it is a request from the government and there is no obligation or penalty, it says that amenities are charged. It's not a problem of being cheap. Just handing them over to those who need them at the front desk will reduce the consumption of amenities considerably. First of all, I don't think this is environmentally friendly. I think it would be much better for the environment if they stopped having buffets. Paid amenities are sold at a high price as if they are making a profit from something that is cheap to use. Until now, they were included in the accommodation fee, so they should at least sell them at cost, or if they are really environmentally friendly, they should notify us in advance. Travelers don't want to carry as much luggage as possible and want to stay cheaply. It's a shame because the hot springs were good and the food was decent, even though it was a buffet.
