It's about a 9-10 minute walk from the south exit of Niigata Station, and there's a convenience store right next door, so it's convenient. The building and facilities are a little old, but that's not a problem. The large bath is a washing area for about 7-8 people. The welcome drink is quite generous, including alcohol. I wasn't able to use it because I was leaving early in the morning, but next time I'd like to use the breakfast buffet. Overall, it's a satisfying hotel.

The price is not cheap. From the perspective of the hotel's internal infrastructure, room cleaning and hygiene, the cost performance is average. I slept by the window and could even feel the draft from the window. The horns of vehicles sounded like they were right next to my ears.

The location is convenient, close to the station, within a 5-6 minute walk. The facilities are not new, but they are clean and I didn't mind the oldness. Amenities were generously provided, so there was no inconvenience. Breakfast is charged, but it was good value for money and more than enough. Although it's not something I would give a negative rating for, the alarm clock in the room was not working.

The large public bath and sauna were great. The massage machine was excellent and free to use. Unfortunately the bathroom drainage was poor and the water flowed back onto the toilet floor.
