Good location near to the train station . Rooms quit comfortable and clean , perhaps the only problem is the room temperature control is not the best , old system and not very efficient.

The value far exceeded beyond. I didn’t find it dated, all is well given the amount paid. It’s far far above expectations. Will stay here again when I next visit. The location is also not too far from the station.

Location relatively close to Niigata train station.
Price was good for a last minute stay.
Room was big and even had a massage chair.
Bathroom was smaller than the Shinjuku hotel but still decently sized.

Amenities are available in the lobby and guests have to bring what they need.
The hotel is clean, as are the rooms.
It's close to the station, so it's convenient when going out to eat.

Overall, the price/performance ratio is acceptable, after all, it is during the GW period. I bought a 2-day ticket to Echigo and went to Yahikoyama and Murakami Komachi. I also bought a one-day ticket for the Niigata loop bus and went to the aquarium, where I stayed for more than 2 hours. Then I went to Furumachi Flower Street to eat a bowl of highly praised ramen (らぁめん坎井), but the bus running time was too short and ended at around 5pm. I didn’t get to visit quite a few attractions, so I felt a little unsatisfied.
