The hotel is still very new . On approach the hotel was lovely and clean , When check in the receptionist asked if we wanted to pay tourist tax now or later , I said I would pay now . So I did . However when o went to leave it , the staff that day said I still owe 10 euros tourist tax now or. I know it’s not a massive amount , but it’s annoying .so not sure why it didn’t come up when we checked in.

Very modern but simple. Very friendly staff. Superb breakfast. Good location. Comfortable rooms, a bit spartiate but very comfy bed. Double tv sets (bedroom and living room). Bathroom not very large and toilet not separated. Extremely quiet.

The guest journey was a terrible experience, the waiting time for check-in was rather long due to inexperienced staff at the front office, the breakfast was rather poor. Moreover, the deposit was not credited yet (waiting already a fortnight).

Wij hebben 3 nachten in dit hotel geslapen. Vanaf het hotel is het 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Nijmegen. Het hotel heeft een betaalde parkeerplaats voor de deur met een maximum van 11 Euro per dag. De kamers hebben lekkere bedden en een fantastische douche. Een groot minpunt is dat het zelfs bij ons verblijf (in maart) erg warm was op de kamer en dit niet te regelen was. Dus laat staan in de zomer. Verder komt het barpersoneel wat onervaren en soms klungelig over. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en goed.
