The stuff are extremely friendly and helpful. The reception desk stuff are always smiling and very willing to help. We have a wonderful stay here. Facilities are considerable for both elderly and kids. We would love to come back and visit again in the future.

Next to the hotel is the large suspension bridge, and Kinugawa Onsen Station is a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast and dinner are all buffets, and drinks are all available. The outdoor swimming pool is open from 9 am to 10:30 am and from 1 pm to 6 pm! Very good value for money!

The hotel is quite old, but this was not too annoying. But dust is wiped only in visible places (no one bothers with anything near the windows or the hatch in the toilet). There was also very little water pressure in the room, although everything is fine in the onsen. The onsen was fine, but on one of the three days the smell of bleach was quite strong. The dinner was good, considering the cost and free alcohol, but the breakfast was quite unusual for a European.
