First of all, when I arrived, I was told that I had no reservation.
I was told that there was no reservation even though they had called the day before to confirm, and they took about 20 minutes to explain the situation after I showed them the reservation website.
The food was terrible. There were no taxis, and you were not allowed to wash your body or head in the private bath. I will never go there again.

The hotel is very old and the air conditioning is not working. It is the worst hotel I stayed in during my trip to Japan. It is called a hot spring hotel, but the hot spring in the hotel is not working at all. It is very far from various stations, hot springs or attractions. I was in a hurry that day. I found out that I didn't have enough time for the ticket 10 minutes after booking, so I wanted to coordinate to cancel or change the time. The hotel front desk kept passing the buck. They said everything was fine in the morning, but they refused to deal with it until after 2 pm.
