The hotel is very old and the air conditioning is not working. It is the worst hotel I stayed in during my trip to Japan. It is called a hot spring hotel, but the hot spring in the hotel is not working at all. It is very far from various stations, hot springs or attractions. I was in a hurry that day. I found out that I didn't have enough time for the ticket 10 minutes after booking, so I wanted to coordinate to cancel or change the time. The hotel front desk kept passing the buck. Fireworks are set off at night, and the open-air hot springs can be enjoyed. It feels good. There is a bus to pick up and drop off the hotel at the entrance of the hot spring town, 200 yen is half price for adults and children (prepare coins).
