2025.02.16から2泊させて頂きました。
電車で行ったのですが、最寄りの川治湯元駅迄迎えに
来てもらえました。帰りも電車の出発に合わせて送って
頂けます。ウェルカムドリンク(9：00〜17：00)のコーヒーが美味しい、飲みながらロビーのソファーで男鹿川の
綺麗な景色が見えます。
温泉は11.12階に大浴場があり、五階には露天風呂があり
この時はほとんど貸切状態でした、大浴場はぬるいのと
少し熱いのが有ります、ぬるい方から入るのが無理がなくて良いかと思います、他に貸切風呂も、有るようです。
朝、夕食はアルコールも飲み放題のバイキング、この時はブリの刺身舟盛りとお寿司フェア、美味しく頂きました。
但、フロントの対応が悪い、特に言葉遣いが悪すぎる、
年配の男が偉そうに、サービス業のなんたるや、を
しっかり教育して欲しいものです。
来月は、近くのリブマック・・・に泊まります、ここは
初めて泊まらせて頂くので比較しようと思います。

The worst hotel I've been in Japan. The room I booked has no window and no bathroom. In many places the management would keep those rooms for the staff, not for customers. A big, big disappointment. I will never come back to this hotel and advise you to stay away from it.

Last night we stayed where the Emperor stayed recently, and at half the price. This place is pretentious to say the least. As older people, it is difficult for us to use the tatami room, crawling about on the floor doesn't do replacement knees any favours! So, the only usable part is a twin bed room with a fridge (no water supplied) . Just because they have an onsen pool, doesn't mean they can charge like a qwounded bull! I'm sure many others around here have better value.

An old and poorly maintained hotel, we had a room where it was impossible to breathe because the smell of cold tobacco and humidity was so terrible. They refused to change our rooms on the pretext that there were no more available but the hotel was empty at dinner and breakfast.
