This is one of the best experiences I ever had in a Onsen hotel! The dinner is a must try. As we arrived in the place, we got into the cultural and historical atmosphere immediately. Walking to the dinner venue via the wooden bridge feels like entering another world. The dishes are delicious and follow seasonal menu using local ingredients.

Enjoy this Traditional style onsen hotel. Good service although it is quite a bit of long 3.5 hour drive from Tokyo airport.

Poor services. No help with luggage’s despite have many stairs in the hotel. The staff seemed uninterested in offering services. Much worse than most onsen hotels in Japan. Best avoid.

酒店環境特別好 衞生乾淨 房間整潔 服務也很熱情貼心 會有敲鼓歡迎的入住儀式 大堂還設有免費的水吧 可喝茶看景色 晚餐的餐廳需要通過吊橋 晚餐也很獨特 温泉水質也不錯 有湯花 泡着很舒服

昭和を感じる旅館で良かったです。が階段が多く
ご高齢方が階段、お風呂等苦戦している姿が
痛々しい感じがしました。
本館から夜食事をとる別館に行くまでの橋は
サバイバル的な感じで暗く怖かったです。
名前の漢字の間違えがあり気分半減、伝えて
すぐ対応して頂けてくれた事は良かったです。
忙しく食事しているところ走っていたのでどうなのか？とは思いました。

開始有點擔心那麼古老的酒店設施會不會太過於老舊。
結果非常出人意料的好，雖然木質結構，但是很有安全感的質地。整個旅行中，最喜歡的一個酒店，下次的話選擇多住幾天。
