There are no pine trees any more, all burnt! Bare razen to the ground landscape, under the blazing sun! Meal prices way too high, whether at restaurant or self-service. Half-board simply unaffordable at such a price: 20e per adult and 15e per child. Meaning a fsmily of four would have to pay 70e for one meal! They have a better deal, for advance purchase of three meals. In which case, 15e per adult & 9e per child. Obviously if one is not going to eat there in multiple of three days, no good. A lot of CCTV cameras inside the hotel complex, one is under continuous observation, no sense of real holiday relaxed privacy.

Μείναμε sky-high cabana🌷Η οικονομική συνεννόηση!!!Η φιλική,ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση!!!Τα πάντα υπέροχα ξεκινώντας από τους ανθρώπους,υπαλλήλους,animation team και συνεχίζοντας στις εγκαταστάσεις του χώρου!!Όλα μαγικά!!!!Γίναμε και εμεις παιδιά με τα παιδιά μας!!!Δραστηριότητες και την ενήλικη κόρη μας αλλά και την έφηβη μας🌹Μακάρι να επαναλάβουμε την εμπειρία!!!

There is one main big nice swimming pool and 2 small ones as well (one of the small ones was closed). Thats it. For the rest there is no professional infrastructure, besides some very old & in quite bad shape small constructions called "lofts" and some smelly old tents with very dirty and old furniture inside called "Yarts". Might 10-15 years ago their web site photos were real, especially before the fires of last year. A few days ago unfortunately we witnessed an absolutely abandoned place without any serious infrastructure, besides the swimming pools. Same thing for the restaurant. 3+3 meters buffet options of medium or bad taste. Lack of variety, lack of fresh ingredients and lack of taste. No cheese, no bread variety, no fresh juice, really basic kitchen of 2 stars just to fill your stomach. The Kids clud is strange. From one side they cannot be responsible for the kids. By responsible i mean the basic hotel kids club rule not to let the kids alone and to inform the parents when they need to leave the club. They do not keep a list with the children, not even the room number or at least a mobile number to contact the parents in case the kids need to leave the kids club. In parallel they keep the children awake up to 23:00 h (kids of 2,3,4,5 years old) so the parents are guarding their children during the activities of the club. Also, we noticed that they asked the little ones to sit on the grass 21:00-22:30 for the movie, so some caught a cold and they brought for a night swim the bigger kids without lifeguard on duty.. I know they do not mean to harm but these and many more details make the difference. They need to consult an expert and reorganize the kids club. There is potential if they invest to this hotel but as you can see from the hereafter photos, this is not a place that invites you to leave home and spend even up to 160€ per night for the luxurious Yart "Yurt is a luxury circle tent of 45m2 with a central plexiglass dome."

Οι πιο ονειρεμένες και ξεκούραστες οικογενειακές διακοπές που είχαμε ποτέ. Πήγαμε με σκηνές για 7 ημέρες και δεν θέλαμε ούτε εμείς ούτε και τα παιδιά να φύγουμε. Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που επιλέξαμε το club agia Anna για τις διακοπές μας ( η πρώτη ήταν πριν δύο χρόνια) και δεν το μετανιώνουμε με τίποτα. Τα παιδιά ( ηλικίες 11 και 14) θεωρούν δεδομένο ότι και το επόμενο μας καλοκαίρι θα το περάσουμε εκεί και για περισσότερες μέρες 😀. Σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ μου μας κάνετε να χαλαρώνουμε, ,να διασκεδάζουμε , να ξεχνάμε όλες τις σκοτουρες μας. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο σε όλη την ομάδα που μας διασκέδαζαν με τις δραστηριότητες και μικρούς και μεγάλους ( εμάς 😃). Τα παιδιά μου λάτρεψαν την Σμαράγδα , τον Νάσο , τη Χρύσα και όλη την υπόλοιπη ομάδα!!!! Ραντεβού το επόμενο καλοκαίρι!!!!!!!!

Πολυ ωραιος χώρος,τα παιδια χαίρονται παιζουν με τις δραστηριότητες και το προσωπικό να τα ξεσηκώνει. Για την διοικηση του club εχω να πω τα καλύτερα.Προθυμα να εξυπηρετήσουν οτι προβλημα και να υπαρξει.Δεν ειναι τυχαίο που εχουν κοσμο που ξαναπάει και ξαναπαει.Δε βαζω 5 αστέρια ομως λογω της καθαριότητας στη πισινα.μετα απο καποια ωρα υπαρχει θεματακι γιατι έχει και πολυ κοσμο αλλα και για την καντίνα στο θεμα φαγητο,δεν αξίζουν τα χρηματα τους.Παρολαυτα θα ξαναπάω

Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση ακόμα μια φορά!!!Το πανηγύρι μέσα στο χώρο του camping ήταν υπέροχο και περάσαμε φανταστικά!!Συγχαρητήρια είσαστε καταπληκτικοι!!!Να συνεχίσετε έτσι!!! Μικροί κ μεγάλοι είμαστε απολύτως ευχαριστημένοι!!Club Agia Anna για πάντα!!

10 χρόνια με την οικογένεια μου και άλλα 3 χρόνια με τη δική μου οικογένεια πλέον -συζυγο και τις δύο κουκλάρες κόρες μας- και συνεχίζουμε!!!...ακόμα περιμένω κάποιος να μου προτείνει ένα καλύτερο μέρος αλλά...μη ψάχνετε!!!απλά ΔΕΝ υπάρχει!!!όλα τόσο μαγικά και υπέροχα είτε για τα παιδιά είτε για τους ενήλικες!μια δοκιμή θα σας πείσει! απίστευτο animation team, όμορφες εγκαταστάσεις και εξυπηρετικοτατη ρεσεψιόν!

Μειναμε στα δωμάτια plage διπλα στην θαλασσα για 10 ημερες ....απόλυτη χαλαρωση κ ολα ηταν διπλα καφε μπαρ φαητο.Αυτο που μου εκανε ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση ηταν οτι στσματουσαν να μας ρωτησουν οι περαστικη που μπορουν να απευθυνθουν για να κλεισουν κ αυτοι δωμάτιο για του χονου...Όλα ήταν τέλεια!!!!ευχαριστουμε
