房間的整體設施還是比較齊全的，我們是當日預訂，價格也還算合理。因為沒有匹配的房型了，老闆給我們免費升級了房間。整體體驗還是很好的，就是衞生間水漬有些明顯。

硬件設施普通，插座幾乎都很鬆不好插…其他還可以但最難忍受的是房間的煙味。尤其洗手間一開吹風，二手煙味浸滿每個毛孔。

為何全給最低分，看看下面我羅列的每一條，這不是住的精品單人間，這是精品壞房，簡稱OOO（out of order）房。在西藏高海拔地區物資匱乏，旺季房價偏高實屬正常，但我付出去的這兩百多房費對應的是什麼樣房內設施？？？看圖一一指出：1-床頭插座拒絕工作，插頭插入就彈出來，不知道咋安裝的，衹能下面頂個物品才能勉強用着；2-浴室門口整個絆腳石，如果是房屋結構導致好歹也貼個警示標識；3-花灑頭無法卡在底座上使用，這個底座應該是後貼的，一邊已經翹角，放上去花灑就滑出來，被砸到腳！！！且淋浴房內沒有防滑地墊，沒有任何防止摔倒的警示貼！！！4-房間頁面描述寫了1.8米的大床，請問你家枕頭都是90公分長度？？5-天花一圈射燈有壞的不亮，不工作最多暗點，中間還夾個對你不停眨眼的；6-房間的傢俱自己看吧，舊貨市場淘來的吧，歪的，椅子是可以歸入古董等級了，你家開業也就幾年吧。7-最後來説説氧氣的問題，我定的這個房間是不供氧，但入住時問前台，我可以付費，前台説不行，然後上樓發現房間床頭有供氧設備，下樓又問前台，説付費還是回覆不能供氧，出去吃個晚飯回來看門頭廣告寫着所有房間都供氧，我老公又第三次去問前台，這次説可以給開氧氣，不過希望不要給差評，我老公回覆，這是兩碼事，該我付的費用就應該付。寫下這篇點評是給酒店老闆，雖然你家是加盟店，雖然你家衹是屬於經濟型酒店類型，但給客人的基本服務不能丟，不然我勸你還是不要從事這行業，這是我一個曾經從業酒店管理11年的人給你的勸告。

要服務沒服務，態度很差，連鎖品牌都這麼差，黑着臉，好像欠他錢一樣，大哥我們是來旅遊的，4700的海拔，提一下行李的意識都沒有！
硬件差的不行，好臟，床單有血跡，好惡心，去自創品牌都比他好多了！

真是個很難評價的酒店 首先 在這種地方能有這樣的酒店已經算是可以的了 但是多少有點差強人意 房間電視調試了好半天 説讓前台換個房間 前台不太樂意 衞生間水龍頭和淋浴的水衹有冰涼和燙兩種 沒辦法洗澡 房間暖風已經停了 太陽落山之後還是比較冷的
但是前台和老闆都非常熱情 樓下就是老闆自己開的餐廳 吃飯很方便

酒店新開不久，房間設施齊全，衞生也不錯，電梯，停車都很方便，樓下是老闆自己的川菜館，味道不錯，衹是早餐要10點才能提供不太合理，都是急着趕路的人，這樣不好。不過我丟了東西老闆很認真的幫忙尋找，非常感謝🙏

以前在其它地方住過尚客優酒店，印象挺好的，所以這次又選擇了尚客優。但現實與印象有些落差，裝飾簡陋，沒有這個等級的酒店該有的那種精細温潤。水龍頭水頭很小，並且始終沒有放出熱水來。我們用電水壺燒了點水，刷了牙，用冷水洗了臉，就上床睡覺了，連腳都沒洗，更不用説洗澡了。總的來説，不值這個價。當然優點還是有的，首先位置很好，就在路邊上，車子可以直接開到門口。我們去的時候，適逢市政施工，車子衹能停放在路邊。不過門口已經畫好了很多車位線，相信施工完成後，停車是很方便的。其次，酒店附設的餐館不錯，可以吃到合口的飯菜。氧氣也很充足。
