Filthy bed linen and blanket, leaking shower and sink, heater did not work, someone tried to enter the room at midnight. Mediocre breakfast. Overwhelmed staff. Had to pay nearly full price, left earlier and went to another hotel

Very small room, not to mention the bathroom is simply ridiculous... The hook for the shower head is broken, the doors are not waterproof: lots of water on the floor after the shower. There are two cushions on the bed, one of which does not have a removable pillowcase so it cannot be washed between each client and is not super hygienic.... Very poor soundproofing, you can hear all the noises from the corridor and the adjacent doors closing. The receptionist had not prepared the room keys correctly for the group you were in. Decent breakfast apart from the fact that you have to ask for cutlery trays...the staff is quickly overwhelmed.

When we arrived the room consisted of a double bed and a single bed with a pull out bed under the single bed. The room is a little small for 4 and the bed for the 4th person was not installed (it's a shame since it was planned when booking and I was sent an email to which I responded in asking how to prepare for our stay). There were also no 4 towels. The hotel is very well located for those wishing to stop off in Nîmes. Both close to the motorway exit and close to the city center (the Musée de la Romanitude is 10 minutes by car) it offers sufficient comfort for a night's stopover.
