i’ve been here with my stundents for a school trip and we had many problems first there was a girl with an allergy to gluten and they give her things with gluten fortunately she didn’t get sick second the room was dirty some people founded hair in their rooms and many pillow were dirty and the toilet table was broke third A boy was cut off by the broken windows that are located where the stairs the only good things was the personal that was very funny with the guys but there are many problems with the structure of the hotel

Horrible experience. It was 35C outside and at least 40C in our room. The aircon seemed to be stuck on heating. The room was old and shabby. No way this is a 4* hotel. We were informed on arrival that the restaurant was closed for 2 weeks (annual closure). Staff were friendly though.

Never more, this is not a 4 star hotel, the rooms are very old and smells bad. Many things in bad conditions. They should have 2 stars maximun. They put in the breakfast bread from other days, and towels are in poor conditions. And also prices are very high.

Grand hôtel que le nom Nous avons passé la nuit avec notre fille hier soir nous sommes arrivés il y avait une soirée dans la salle du bas avec un DJ musique pratiquement toute la nuit. Les produits d entretiens encore dans la salle de bain . Vous voulez prendre un thé cela s apparente à un escape Game impossible de passer la bouilloire sous le lavabo et la prise trop courte obligé de la mettre par terre . Seule point positif le petit déjeuner le matin.

Ah, l’hôtel… Un vrai voyage dans le temps, direction l’époque où l’on rénovait avec du scotch et de la bonne volonté. Les escaliers ? Une œuvre d’art moderne entre poussière, crasse et instabilité. À chaque marche, on se demande si on va arriver en haut ou à l’hôpital. Mention spéciale pour la cuvette des WC : mobile, interactive, presque vivante. Elle accompagne vos mouvements avec une souplesse déconcertante — une expérience sensorielle unique. Côté restaurant, c’est la cerise sur le gâteau : j’ai eu le plaisir d’apercevoir le patron livrant sa marchandise dans un 4x4 AMG rutilant, glaces et viande à l’intérieur, le tout baignant joyeusement dans la chaleur ambiante. On dirait que la chaîne du froid, ici, c’est juste une suggestion. Bref, si vous cherchez l’aventure, l’inconfort et une bonne dose de surréalisme, foncez. Sinon… passez votre chemin.

Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’hôtel est magnifique, la chambre impeccable, et le service irréprochable. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Mention spéciale au restaurant : cuisine raffinée et savoureuse à chaque repas. Une vraie expérience digne d’un 5 étoiles. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

La doccia non funziona, cuscini sporchi, anno quasi avvelenato una mia amica perché è intollerante al glutine e gli hanno dato un panino con il glutine, il cibo non era buono e i vetri erano rotti facendo tagliare la mano ad un mio amico.In conclusione non andateci.
