Location wise, but they never change or provided new toiletries for our 3 days stay...good thing have our own. Yes, it's clean coz it's new. 😉

The hotel is very nice👍The transportation is convenient, the surrounding food is convenient, and the hotel butler has thoughtful service and treats people kindly. The living environment is quiet, no one disturbs you, and the night view is beautiful. I will stay again next time.

It says the bed is 1.8 meters, but it is 1.5 meters. After I told the store, they didn't change it to 1.8 meters. They said it was all like this. Sorry, they ignored the news. There was no tissue on the first day. There was no hair dryer. My hair was wet for half an hour before it was delivered. The shower gel could not be pressed down (you can watch the video). He said he couldn't change it. No cleaning was provided during the stay. Then I threw away the garbage by myself and accidentally lost the ashtray. It cost me 30 yuan for a small ashtray. There is a subway next to it, so we were woken up in the morning. The customer service didn't contact us in advance, so we had to contact them ourselves when it was time. Their attitude was average, and they were slow to reply to messages. There was no napkins at the beginning. After asking for a long time, there was a courier box from the previous guest in the room. I don't understand. The room was okay, but the experience was really average.
