給長者訂了一個一樓帶院子的，就在湖邊，但是很安靜，設施齊全，房間用品比較有檔次，還配了蒸汽眼罩和耳塞。在寧波玩吃生醃不習慣，去之前上吐下瀉的，沒一點胃口，酒店的中式早餐讓爸媽十分滿意，吃的舒服，恢復了元氣，在湖邊走走拍拍照長者很開心。送的下午茶孩子很喜歡。管家們服務很周到，接送都幫助拿行李，臨走還送了伴手禮。

設施：設施完善 吹風也是戴森 但是希望垃圾筒每個空間都能配備 另外充電也衹有一個床頭有usb口
服務非常完美周到 到店離店都幫忙拿行李 提供綠豆湯解暑
環境優美 窗外就能看到東錢湖
唯一瑕疵是衞生 發現個小蟲子

性價比不是很高，如果是節假日的話不是特別推薦，溢價太高了，平時便宜點還是可以的。不過服務還可以免費的咖啡可續，坐在陽台看湖景也比較舒服

設施：維護的很好
衞生：這個酒店算我住過的酒店中，乾淨程度可以前茅的那種，比五星級酒店都好
環境：窗外就是東錢湖，房間的設施配件都很高端，用心了
服務：都好熱情，特別是小雨，服務好好，大熱天，還給我把行李搬到了停車場
印象深刻的酒店，下次去東錢湖的首選

酒店就在東錢湖畔韓嶺老街的入口處，位置絕佳但節假日停車會有點緊張，辦理完入住還有飲料可以歇腳休息，出門就能逛老街，早餐十分豐富還能送到房間，工作人員熱情友好，房間裏要是有小冰箱就更好啦

很棒的一次民宿體驗，管家很細心的提前一天加了我們微信，並且耐心指導我們如何去停車場停車！由於第一次去，從停車場到酒店的入口不熟悉，管家很貼心的到停車場來接我們，由於當天烈日當頭，還為我們準備遮陽傘了！真的是很日式服務了。這家民宿坐落於韓嶺老街的入口處！對面就是直面湖景！非常漂亮！入住當天 管家還很貼心的為我們送上歡迎飲品和茶點！真的是物有所值了！另外，沒想到寧波這裏的酒店民宿服務這麼卷！晚上還有雞尾酒點，小朋友還有小零食和牛奶！早餐也很棒，前一天晚上會讓我們自己選擇中餐西餐！定好時間去！管家會為你準備好！一切就像回到自己家一樣舒適！進民宿的是一件非常隱蔽的古風小門！刷卡或者按鈴都可以！私密性非常好！總之適合帶長者小孩出行！他們服務非常好！
除了枕頭我有些不適應別的都體驗感不錯！不過可以問他們再多要一個枕頭。晚上老街的門口還有燈光表演秀！很不錯！老街裏有意思有特色的小店挺多的！分了兩條線路！一條是餐飲小吃！一條大一點的是有特色的店，很喜歡一家叫池內的小餐館！老闆很熱情，裝修風格很日系也很私房菜那種！菜的口味都很鮮美！他們家冰淇淋很推薦。很喜歡寧波！以後還會再來。
