I stayed at Seven Hotel in Ningbo, and overall, it was an okay experience. While I didn’t get the room I originally booked (it was given to another person), the staff did provide me with a nice alternative. The room was spacious, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The bed linen and hand towels had an extremely unpleasant smell, with the linen being the worst part of my stay. The shower area also had a noticeable odor.
After checking out, I discovered there was no designated place to leave luggage, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some basic amenities were lacking: no complimentary water (3 RMB per bottle), no bath towels provided, and only disposable towels available for 10 RMB each.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, there are several areas where improvement is needed to make the stay more comfortable for guests.

基本上從來不寫評論的（除非差評）今天還是要給個大大的好評！是隨便訂下了的這家 但是沒想到這麼好！本來看到照片還以為不是真實場景 入住後發現一摸一樣 房間非常乾淨 床品也是我喜歡的白色 很上檔次 躺着也很舒服！客服小姐姐也很耐心熱情貼心 之前住的民宿一到退房時間 阿姨就來敲門 催退 但是那天在小七家 我們倆睡過頭了 房東一直在等我們自然醒！太貼心啦！重點價格還挺實惠的 真是性價比很高的一家民宿 推薦!推薦! 會和男朋友常來！

民宿的位置不錯，高層夜景也挺好。服務還可以，客服小姐姐回覆挺及時，各種指引也很清晰。
但是我不得不説衞生實在太差了！！我們訂了兩間房間，其中24樓 被子一股濃郁的臭汗味➕黴味，還很潮。其中一個枕頭還黃黃的，賊噁心！我躺了一會兒覺得實在太臭了，難以接受，而且我覺得在這種被窩裡睡一覺身上肯定要起疹子，最後我衹能開着熱空調，穿着衣服外套在沙發上睡了一夜！晚上還被凍醒，但是最後在臭和冷之間，我衹能選擇冷。第二天我另一個選擇睡床的朋友醒過來，發生大腿上、小腿上、胳膊上、背上還有耳朵上，身上多處地方起了像蚊子塊一樣的包，奇癢無比！！從來沒遇到過這麼離譜的事情！太臟了！！
訂的一間23樓的，房間裏一股狗尿味，沙發旁邊 味道最濃，而且沙發黃黃的 看上去也是特別臟 （忘記拍照了）。 還有一個詭異的鏡子側對着床頭，半夜翻身的時候不經意間瞥到鏡子中的自己 嚇一跳！
本來還打算續租，大半夜就想逃走！！這家民宿真的過於離譜！！
