I have basically stayed in all kinds of e-sports hotels in the Fenghua area. The service industry of this hotel is such a failure. I traveled 50km from Beilun to Fenghua to book a room with a friend. I booked a double loft room online without informing me in advance. When I arrived, I was told about the room. The equipment broke down and the two of us were asked to upgrade to a five-person room and pay the difference. It was really ridiculous. We didn't agree. After checking in three or four times, I said if you solve the problem like this, we won't come back next time. The front desk replied that it was okay. Being in the service industry is really good enough. Since there is no shortage of customers, forget it and won’t stay here again.

抱着試試看的心態購買了這家酒店，入住之後，結果超出預期太多。非常棒的一次入住體驗，電腦網速流暢不卡頓，遊戲齊全，服務熱情。更有免費地下停車場。而且房間還有投屏，會員都是開通的。下次還會再來。

房間規定12點退房 到店下午2點還要在大廳等阿姨打掃完。退房必須準時入住等 然後喝了一瓶飲料過期的 我想着也別弄的互相太難看 發消息過去説等主管處理後面給退飲料錢？ 真就差哪一點 我跟你們客氣 你們也是真扣 我是不是該直接叫食品監管局過來？ 還有請問店家有煙草許可證嗎？憑什麼銷售香煙？

是這家酒店的老客了，因為攜程房費便宜所以在這邊下單了，真心推薦。前台服務非常熱情，辦理入住方便。酒店前台還免費提供冰塊🧊。電腦有直屏曲屏，玩遊戲也一點不卡頓，採用4060顯卡。關鍵停車也很方便，地下車庫停車都是免費的。酒店裝修也很現代風，大方簡潔乾淨，酒店衞生做的也是相當到位。

第二次選擇這家酒店入住了，非常貼心的一家酒店。在入住前提前微信聯繫了前台，告知了下電腦顯示屏配置要求，等到酒店的時候已經換好了，我喜歡曲屏，朋友喜歡直屏，酒店都幫我們滿足了。而且電腦配置的4060的顯卡，出差之餘在酒店玩玩遊戲，完全不用擔心卡頓。前台服務也很熱情，。房間衞生更不用説，在奉化入住過的酒店裡衞生是相當好了，而且停車免費，點外賣也方便，周圍也有超市。老婆大人，葯店配備，值得推薦。
