整體環境和設施沒什麼問題。是這個價位的房型。
但是我對貴店服務不滿意。店鋪標明18：00前免費取消，並且店家也通過了取消的流程，但是還是被店家線下收取了50元的費用。
首先我之所以訂這家店，就是因為貴店可以免費取消，既然貴店已經如此標明，並通過了取消流程，就不應該再額外收取，如果要額外收取，應該提前聲明，或者拒絕我的網上取消申請。
