衞生較差，叫換床單被套都沒換，設施老舊還是以前的黑白電視，樓層高，房間空間大

開始給了一個不符合平台描述的房間，自己溝通説更換房間要加錢，後經平台的努力才予以更換。
更換後的房間的馬桶沒有馬桶圈蓋，衞生間燈不亮。
體驗很不好，包括設施和服務。
