Ningbo Cloud Hotel (Cicheng Ancient County Chengchenghuang Temple)

The worst stay. I arrived at the hotel at around 6pm. There was no one in the lobby. I contacted the number on the review and they said they were eating next door and would come right away. I have never encountered such a situation before. This is the first reason. When I took a shower at night, the faucet was turned on for ten minutes and it was still cold water. I was already in the bathroom. I called and the girl in the lobby came to see me. She didn't fix it either. She asked me to take a shower in the next room. It was so cold that I had to put on a bathrobe and go to the next room. My throat felt uncomfortable the next day. This is the second reason. I went there just for the pictures in the review. The second picture below shows that the hotel was dimly lit at night. There were only footlights on the ground. There was no water in the pool. An old man at home fell down. Fortunately, it was nothing serious. I told the girl the next day. She immediately blamed the community for the facilities in front of the door and said it had nothing to do with the store. Isn't it annoying? It was their hot spot during the promotion, but it had nothing to do with it when something happened. There was no comfort afterwards. So this kind of hotel will not have good business and I will never come again.

Chinese-style building, a bit like Seventeen Houses. Very clean, next to the Old Street Pedestrian Street. Can be used as a transit point to leave Ningbo to the north. There are also Jiulong Lake and Xiangshan Temple nearby.

Nice environment, few guests, and poor service.

I originally planned to go to Zhoushan, but I stayed in Cicheng for an extra night. The time I spent here left me with a very deep and beautiful impression. First of all, the location of the hotel is excellent. It is located on the edge of the ancient town of Cicheng, with very convenient transportation and complete surrounding supporting facilities. Whether it is shopping or dining, it can easily meet the needs within a short distance. When I stepped into the hotel lobby, the spacious and bright space and elegant decoration style instantly attracted my attention. The staff was warm and thoughtful. From the moment I checked in, I felt their professionalism and thoughtfulness. They always smiled and responded quickly to the needs of guests, which made people feel like spring breeze. In short, the hotel created a perfect accommodation experience for me with its excellent service, superior location, comfortable environment and complete facilities. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends without hesitation, and I look forward to the opportunity to stay again next time.

The hotel is antique and the business meeting room is just opposite, which is very convenient. I was in a hurry for the business trip. The pictures are the same as the actual scenery. It is very suitable for tourists who like to play in the ancient style. The room rate is moderate and cost-effective.

The young lady's service is warm and the environment is quiet. You can go out for a walk and eat in the ancient town at night. She also took the children to do handicrafts, and the children had a lot of fun!
