環境優美，很乾凈很安靜。有點客棧的感覺，我這次房間就在一樓，但私密性很好，房間很大，衞生間也很大，裝修和設備也都比較有檔次的。老闆娘很熱情。有機會還會再來。

兩家人出來玩 想借套房住一起的 下單的時候描述說雙臥 就默認是套房的規格 到了以後發現是兩間標房合一起的 後來和店家反應 態度很好的升級了loft 價格差很多 loft的房间大很多 老闆真的很好 環境也是ok的 在古鎮附近 安靜 一定要給個好評

路過寧波，選擇了這家民宿，位置很容易找，裏面別有洞天，老闆養了很多綠植，像個大花園，房間有些舊，但總體性價比很高啦，早飯意外的好吃了

第二次來慈城，這次打算住2晚，比較了幾家後決定入住慈府，果然沒選錯！
老宅改建得簡直不要太棒，古典的外觀搭配現代化住宿，修舊如舊，必須點贊👍
花園美如夢，老闆娘親自打理的，各種美美的花，綠植，小擺設，景觀，看得出花了非常多的心思，簡直太喜歡了💕
房間夠大，衞生搞得很乾凈，愛了愛了😍
評論區裏的小缺點也是有的，比如老房子不夠隔音，一樓自帶花園會有小蟲。但是我是覺得都可以接受……

帶孩子入駐，辦理入住時就反覆多次提醒我們房間隔音不好小聲些，到房間後發現原來周邊房間都是住的長輩，想着可能長輩睡得早，我們是該留心些，結果幾個長者夜裡11點多都不睡覺拉着桌子在我們窗前打牌抽煙，凌晨5點隔壁房間可能是陽台門沒關吧，風大一直砰砰砰咚咚咚的鬧了一個多小時

環境非常不錯 離景點很近 本來看環境家人都覺得還不錯 但是房間隔音太差了 我定了帶院子的兩間房都在一樓 結果一二樓是用木板隔開的 上面有人住隔音效果非常差 就跟住上下鋪有人在你上鋪走路一樣 非常吵 説話也能聽得見 跟隔壁房間的隔音也很差 半夜被吵醒好幾次實在忍不了就跟前台要求了換房間 前台説是老房子結構問題沒辦法 説明這個問題是知道的 但是就是不想辦法解決 非要等客人受不了了才給換房間 這個工作難道不能坐在前面嗎 還有更離譜的是隔音都這麼差了竟然還允許帶寵物 半夜叫了好幾次被驚醒 真的無語了 這個問題明明可以通過管理去避免的 一樓住人了二樓就不應該再讓住人了 這個問題不解決真的別指望回頭客了

十一期間兩上兩下的獨幢小院我們家定了三間 環境還行 就是老房子改建的隔音實在太差 另一間房每天換住客 還帶着小孩 吵吵鬧鬧 樓下的房間都是咚咚咚的腳步聲 樓上沒睡樓下就別想睡 旁邊的房間呢説話聲電視聲都能很清晰的聽見 根本就睡不了 跟前台反應過兩次 一次反應後隔壁聲響小了許多 一次還是照舊
