Although we stayed on the weekend, it was still relatively quiet in the off-season, with a beautiful environment, a large room, and an upgraded suite. The store owner contacted us in advance, and the housekeeper Jingjing was very responsible and patient, answering all questions. There was no problem with early check-in and late check-out. A souvenir was also given when we left the store. The battery car pick-up brother Wang Hao and Xiao Gu provided very good service. The waiters we met, including the cleaning lady, were very friendly. We dined at Zhengjia Kitchen, and the set meal bought on the platform was very cost-effective and the quantity was large. We ate there for two meals. There were many choices for the buffet breakfast, and I was very satisfied. It was great to sit and drink tea in the courtyard! The only drawback was that the sound insulation in the first phase was not good, and the air conditioner was a little loud. Overall, it was great and I would come again!

For the second year in a row, I stayed in Room 17 with my family during the Qingming Festival. It was like a paradise away from the hustle and bustle. I like the single-family villas in Phase 2 the most. I booked 6 sets in total. The hotel service was very good and tried to arrange us all together. Thanks to Xiao He at the front desk, who was very efficient in solving and following up on the guests' various needs. The hotel's catering is generally good. Zheng's Kitchen is delicious and affordable, but the breakfast buffet seems to have regressed. It is not as rich as before, and there are no pancakes.

We chose two single-family villas. The front desk lady said that upgrading to a suite would be convenient for a family of four to stay in one doorway. The small houses in the second phase are all good. The old houses in the first phase have their own characteristics, but there are still tourists visiting. We had dinner at Yueshangshao, which was also okay. The entire hotel is an expansion of the original site of the Seventeenth House of the Zheng Family. It is a bit regrettable that I didn’t see the original ancestral temple.

The hotel is quaint and integrated into the Jiangnan town. It is also very convenient to walk from the room to the scenic spot. The hotel is equipped with a sightseeing bus, and you can also call a car to take you to where you want to go. The breakfast is rich, and the dinner is served at Zheng's Kitchen in the scenic area. The taste is delicious, the dishes are served quickly, and the service staff are also very enthusiastic. There are also many intangible cultural heritage projects in the scenic area to play, which is generally very good.

It was my first time staying in this hotel. It was very atmospheric and built with unique gardens and ancient buildings. The atmosphere was full of the New Year atmosphere during the Chinese New Year. The room was a 90-square-meter loft family room, suitable for a family of 3. The room was very comfortable and the yard was antique. There was also a large shared living room. The only unavoidable thing was that the old building had poor sound insulation, which was noisy in the morning and evening. However, there were earplugs at the head of the bed. There was a shuttle bus to pick up guests and luggage. There was a Zheng's Kitchen inside, where you could eat when you didn't want to go out. The taste was good. Overall, I was quite satisfied.
