房間比想象中小，不是很大。夠一個人轉身。
環境：窗户是小窗，晚上走道聲音兜有一些聽到。
但是協和地方地理位置比較好，距離，萬達，報恩寺，南門兜，兜比較近。還有離南岸公園也比較近。地理位置沒法説，性價比總體還算行。

第一次入住途客這個品牌酒店。總體感覺酒店定位為快捷連鎖酒店，跟某家某廷類似，但沒那麼商務，更舒適精緻些。不是一次性無紡布毛巾，衞生間小但乾濕分離。電動窗簾，小度語音控制電視。有早餐。
不足之處，酒店感覺是居民樓改造而成的，明亮窗户房間很少。房間面積不大，停車不太方便（路邊停車）。酒店就在居民區，出門右手第一家餐廳性價比不錯（不是預製菜）。

首先説明！本人經常旅遊住不同酒店或者公寓，目前這一家是我住過服務最差勁以及工作人員非常最不專業的
第一①介紹説好的有免費停車位，竟然沒有是需要走到接近300米外其他物業的停車位，酒店門口衹有那幾個停車位根本輪不到你，停車極不方便
第二②前台服務人員説，因為停車位比較遠，説保安大叔會開摩託車帶我們去停車場，到了後再開摩託車接我們回酒店，可是萬萬沒想到，我們停好車後保安大叔跑的比兔子還快，剩下我和我女朋友在寒風中慢慢的走回酒店
第三③酒店管理十分隨意和不在乎客户滿意度，房卡連房號紙都沒有，房號全靠記，到了酒店電梯後因為極度不佳的體驗已經忘記房號了，又跑到前台問房號多少
以上描述如若有半句假言3年內窮死發不了財，最後建議各位如果開車過來的就不要來這家酒店了，還有希望有比較好的入住體驗的，也不要來這家酒店，服務極差！！！
但不得不説房間裝修和設計是值得表揚

非常讚的體驗，房間乾淨明亮，重點是床很舒適。忙碌了一天躺上去的感覺真好！周邊有很多好吃的，買東西，吃飯都很方便。前台的小哥哥小姐姐都很可愛，問候不是走流程的那種機械化表演，反正以後來寧德肯定還是住這裏的。服務，品質，價格，便捷度都讓我滿意！特意手動碼字來點個贊！

出門在外，酒店就是移動的家，一進房間，關上門，它就是遊子臨時的家；大床很舒適，有小圓桌，有沙發，可使用電腦，有簡易茶具可泡茶，可玩遊戲；電視很大，看節目過癮；有小冰箱，冰箱裏存着水、雪碧、可樂和酒店的誠意；前台很友善，我在前面路邊發現一個車位，自己開去停車，保安居然騎車過來幫忙；早餐也很豐富；附近有幾家小吃；總之，在這裏我住着很安心舒服。

房間設施比較新，雖然緊湊但夠用。廚衞衞生一般，坐便器墊圈有臟污。7:00-9:30的早餐限量，9點後連粥都不會剩。停車場在大門右拐260米，比較不方便。地段還比較便利。總體而言，匹配各位需求吧，沒有絕對的性價比。

服務態度極差！差差差！！！一個帶眼鏡的黑胖子，讓他按下電梯死不耐煩 口氣極不好的讓自己按 ，叫送外賣接電話的也是 口氣極具不耐煩。這破酒店服務態度這麼差 衹有這麼一次住了
