Phone started ringing in the middle of the night, like a fire alarm, and would not stop until I unplugged it!

Fantastic location. A short walk to the bar/nightlife areas and the Nanji mountain scenic area.
Rooms are clean and spacious.
Staff are attentive, professional, and courteous.

房間超級小 僅僅放下一張床就算了 晚上4點多開始4樓廚房排風機的聲音無敵大 一直到早上8點 樓下還有汽車轟鳴的聲音 不知道是不是工地傳出來的根本睡不着 太吵了找前台沒有任何處理和賠償 已經投訴了

房間大而乾淨，設施也齊全，早餐也很好。不錯。
這次是春節去福州市旅遊。結果福州的客房又貴又小又臟。所以最後一天選擇駕車1:30到寧德，578元訂了維也納客房，體驗超好

大廳很寬敞乾淨，前台服務很好睡眠不好送了耳塞還送了早餐，快過年了也有過年氛圍，一直住的維也納相對來説舒服，前台有糖果茶水，詢問WiFi密碼也很耐心的回答我，床挺軟的環境也可以離萬達比較近門口公交站方便也有地下停車場，下次帶上我先生一起來👍🏻👍🏻

環境還不錯，每次出差都住這裏交通很方便，就是酒店後面有施工工地比較吵，早上七點多工地就開始幹活了，其他都還不錯

在寧德當地，這家酒店全是比較不錯的，設施齊全，維也納旗下的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，服務周到細緻，早餐總體不錯，很遲去都還有東西吃。
位置便利，價格也不貴。衞生也很乾凈。周邊也很多小吃，非常喜歡。還有洗衣房，挺好的

和朋友們自駕遊經過寧德，也是偶然入住了維也納，沒想到體驗出乎預料的好
位置：就在萬達附近騎小藍差不多五分鐘就到，去吃飯很方便，吃完飯可以逛逛精品店還可以塗塗石膏娃娃。
環境：附近比較繁華，但酒店周圍是學校又比較安靜適合休息。
衞生：床鋪很整潔，進門還有淡淡的清香。
服務：工作人員很熱情，在電梯遇見還會主動問好，第一次來寧德想吃的地方特色也很耐心的回答。

幫朋友訂的，我也去看了，之前也有去過，酒店有翻新過，還有洗衣房，沒有健身房比較遺憾，我朋友喜歡健身，建議酒店新增健身房，客房大姐比較熱情，服務也好，前台還送了早餐，大堂比較大氣，我朋友説住着也舒服，下次還住這裏。
