房間衞生一般，住在副樓套房，最好的房間最差的環境，房間隔音極差，隔壁的講話聲聽的一清二楚，房間內盡是其他房間傳來的煙味，常常睡到一半就被其他房間吸煙的煙味給嗆醒，全樓禁煙竟是到處都有煙臭味。真是奇差無比。

酒店老舊，價錢偏貴，服務員態度不太友善，早餐選擇極少，最離譜的是不但咖啡没有，其他飲料也欠奉，早上九時起來後到樓下進餐，不到十點回來，發現房門竟然打開，竟然在沒有通知情況之下，有清潔阿姨在搞衛生，這方面任何酒店都不可能發生，因為房內還放有行李及私人物品，而且尚未退貨，假如有住客在洗澡便很尷尬，我們後來退房時向服務台投訴，回覆竟然是說清潔阿姨簡单收拾，沒有甚麼錯誤感覺，這一點我們完全不能接受

房間衞生整潔，就是中午去二樓吃午飯，二樓服務員問我們幾個人，我説二人，馬上説二人到一樓歺廳，一樓歺廳聽説後叫我們交一人40人快歺費，結果交了費才發現是員工用歺的地方，沒有什麼吃的，我們僅吃了幾口豆腐幾塊芋頭。很不值得。
