房間不錯，很衞生乾淨，門口的風景真的好好看，適合拍照，有許多荷花！而且老闆娘人很好，特別熱情，帶我們參觀了好多地方，有果園，養雞場，泳池！！而且他們家的飯菜也特別好吃！推薦！下次來還選他們家！

十分滿意，提前幫打開空調，老闆娘一家都很熱情，帶我們去自己種的梨樹園摘梨，臨走還給兩個孩子送了禮物。環境清幽，古色古香，房間寬敞明亮，床墊厚實舒服。

總的來説算是踩了個大雷，住的很不滿意。
設施：設施很舊，最不滿意的是衞生間，浴缸基本沒法洗澡，噴頭衹能拿出來一點點。而且電熱水器裏的水像是很久沒放過了，放出來很多黃水。
衞生：感覺是很久沒打掃過了，床單上，被套上都有很多灰塵。
老闆還是比較熱情客氣的但無奈設施和衞生太差了。

破舊，4壁透風，太冷，周邊環境臟亂差，非常“原生態”。室衞生還可以。服務不錯，早餐一般，距紅杉林有2公里左右。

客觀評價：民宿方塘世京園 花草院子都很多 整體很美 古色古香 老闆更是好的沒話説，人格魅力滿分，所以我要打個好評，但是客觀來講 基本這一塊都是民宿，潔癖的需要注意下哈 大部分民宿衞生條件不如酒店的 建議自備一些一次性旅行東西隔臟。本次馬桶翻開蠻多黃斑（自備了一次性馬桶圈） 床單有黑色的蟲斑還是啥的（自備了隔臟床單） 牙刷據其他人説一刷一嘴毛 （自備洗漱用品哈）不過出來玩
