習慣性五星好評，這家大馬路對面就有公司免費停車場，晚上車不多停車很方便，老闆樓下還開着小超市，買點東西也方便

窗户隔音不好，因為地址在馬路邊，晚上車流聲和喇叭聲很大，時不時就有跑車和摩託車的轟鳴聲，非常影響入睡，反正我是沒睡着，對於準備第二天參加考試的人來説，很難受！其他方面就還好，有空調，電視，熱水，就是設施比較陳舊，樓道里有股味道，由於價格不貴，總體還算實惠。
