房間還行，温泉和游泳池不錯，早餐豐富，遊客中心拍照出片。有觀光車接送到酒店和遊客中心。花山巖畫很震撼，坐船體驗感不錯。就是温泉和游泳池早上午10點才開，對於中午要退房的客人來説時間太緊。還有房間電話電流聲太大了聽不清楚。

環境優美安靜，員工素質高，前台工作人員很細心的講解入住細則，在酒店廳用晚餐，感覺價格實惠。但是自助早餐就感覺一般，煮雞蛋是涼的。酒店旁邊就是駱越文化宮，還可以順便參觀。

第一次去是2019年，這是第二次去，開了好些年頭了，設施雖然老舊了，但是服務態度蠻熱情的，餐廳價格不貴！住宿，環境，飲食，玩水性價比高

性價比很高，看得出來是很多年很多年的老裝修了，這個酒店擱在15年前必定很高級很豪華很氣派，現在裝修是舊了，但總體還是保持五星級水準，衞生等等都可以做到保持整潔

温泉環境一般沒有温泉旁茶水間水池漂白粉味道重草邊有好多紅色蜈蚣住宿環境很好有冰箱保險櫃沒有吹風筒房間服務員服務太度好
