民宿所在的小區靠着環城路，位置比較偏，整個小區樓下有三個便利店，吃飯的地方有四個，其中賣熱米皮的那家味道很好，老闆也熱情。房間客廳被一張自動麻將桌佔據了很大的面積，大概平常除了作為民宿，也出租用於棋牌室。房間配套的日常生活和洗漱用品齊全，不過説不上有品質。衹有wifi沒裝有線電視，像看節目全靠投屏。管家服務很流程化，加了微信後一股腦的把入住訊息和物品使用説明發過來，再象徵性的推薦兩個吃飯的地方，然後就一問三不知了，入住兩天期間再沒任何訊息。
