週末帶着孩子家人一起出去避暑，辦理入住開始，前台兩個女的不知道誰欠他幾百萬吊著個臉，名校堂訂了兩間房子，有一間房子剛去門鎖就壞了，下來給服務員説，等我們吃完飯回來，大約一個多小時，門鎖還是沒有修，我不知道你們有多忙，晚上回來休息，我感覺我發燒了，問前台要一個體温計要了兩個小時，最後説沒有，給我説這裏離縣城十幾公里，山路呀我也不放心家裡人開車去，好歹你也是個景區，難道你們連一個體温計都沒有？是正規景區嗎？

準確的説，應該稱作是一個酒店羣。整個酒店位於高山濕地之上，需要沿山路盤旋而上，雖路況良好，但坡度較大，仍要注意安全。到了山上以後，可以看出酒店因山設地而建，酒店的各個功能樓棟分佈在整個山林之中，由林地山澗分隔掩映，內部道路曲折相連。有承擔居住會議等功能的名校堂、名媛堂等，也有承擔運動中心功能的明星堂，承擔中西餐廳功能的民居、樓棟等等，還有動物園可供遊客參觀。整體環境非常自然可觀，是一個與大自然高度融為一體的園林式酒店。不足之處是酒店房間沒有可控式空調，號稱採用德國恆温系統，但效果差強人意，這兩天入住晚上濕熱難耐，酒店衹給提供了落地風扇勉強降温，説是空調扇已調用無餘，由此也可見這是顧客普遍反映的問題。

最大bug：我定的這個房間所在樓沒有中央空調！？夏天入住非常熱，我們補差價換到另外一棟樓了。
優點：酒店在悠然山景區裏，週日人很少，週一幾乎沒什麼人。房間設施維護不錯，衞生乾淨，床品舒服，服務人員很熱情，擺渡車隨叫隨到。披薩意麪味道可以，早餐也不錯。特別安靜適合療養。
缺點：小朋友覺得有些無聊，室外樂園雜草長的很高，看上去沒怎麼維護，寵物樂園有梅花鹿和一些雞鴨鵝，有點臭，室內樂園在大門口需要擺渡車過去，不是很方便。

環境挺優美， 有兩棟樓，一個名媛堂一名校堂，名媛堂的房間比較小，名校堂房子大一些景色也美一些，很安靜很涼快，小火鍋味道也不錯，就是有些硬件條件還差點，總體還是比較温馨的

端午➕六一跟全家一起出遊入住好幾晚，不知道第幾次來啦，每次來都很開心🥳下回還會再來噠！
設施：在大山裡這個設施已經很滿意了，房間很好還有運動中心！
衞生：蠻好的
環境：好的沒話説！風景優美，人還少！
服務：還可以吧，大山裡的嘛。陝南屋的服務尤其好喲！
早餐甜點有各色小蛋糕，味道都很好，個人感覺非常滿意！（來自一個甜品控的讚美）

從18年到現在年年都去，雖然設施不新了，但是服務環境依舊不減。乾淨衞生，服務熱情，滿山的綠植，空氣特別的好，早晚涼爽，羽毛球館還是免費的、礦泉水是不限量的，房間有，電梯口也有，不夠了可以自取。中餐廳的飯特別好吃，就一個簡單的西紅柿炒雞蛋，可以吃出食物本來的香味，和在城市中的調料科技味完全不同。還會經常來。推薦！推薦！推薦

房間總體不錯，服務人員認真負責。浴缸可提供一下浴缸套就更能提升顧客體驗感，另外，一天的免費迷你吧內容物太少了，就一個可樂一個雪碧，雖然也不喝，但是還是有點寒磣了。房間稍微有一點點會熱（這個季節會覺得有點悶） 沒有空調 廁所沒有排風扇。酒店陝南菜館已打卡，挺好吃。早餐豐富，味道不錯。總體來説，酒店就在景區裏，隨時回酒店休息很方便，非常滿意的一次體驗。酒店配備的健身房也很好，可惜泳池沒有開放，五月中旬應該就可以開放了，期待一下，還會再去。
