房子還可以，就是位置有點偏，吃飯的地方離得遠，離花明樓駕車近兩公里，酒店旺季生意應該不錯。規模還比較大。

客户出差到花明樓，看了附近幾家酒店環境，這家衞生最乾淨，環境也挺不錯的，老闆娘和前台工作人員都挺熱情的。
