I chose this hotel after comparing it with the target travel agency on Ctrip.
As soon as we step into the hotel lobby, we can feel its elegant decoration style and warm and thoughtful service. The front desk staff are friendly and the check-in process is efficient and fast, making you feel warm.
The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable and soft, and the sound insulation effect is very good, making it comfortable to sleep at night. The facilities in the room are smart and convenient throughout the house. They are tidy and clean, making people feel happy.

這次入住貴酒店原本滿懷期待，可實際體驗卻讓我失望透頂。
當時辦理入住因為是一家三口希望能安靜點的房間，最後給我安排的房間正好臨着馬路，本以為衹是普通的臨街，不會有太大影響，沒想到從入住的那一刻起，噪音就成了如影隨形的困擾。
我原以為夜深車少，能睡個安穩覺。可事實並非如此，時不時就有飆車的車輛呼嘯而過，尖鋭的馬達聲瞬間打破夜晚的寧靜，把我從睡夢中驚醒。還有一些車輛的剎車聲、行人的喧鬧聲，也不斷地鑽進耳朵裏。
這樣的噪音環境嚴重影響了我的睡眠質量，第二天起來整個人都疲憊不堪，原本計劃的行程也因為精神不佳而受到影響。

晚上十點入住空調開了一個小時還沒反應，好不容易叫人來搞好了，睡覺的時候被室內風機的噪音吵醒了好幾次，早上起來發現馬桶圈又堵了，這還是號稱五星級標準的酒店，要前台接待給個説法就説下次過來給個房型升級，真是搞笑，這次都不舒服下次還會來嗎

第一年出差就住的這家，就是因為第一年入住體驗不錯，才再次選擇，這次來還是挺失望的，前台的態度説實在話，真的很一般，愛搭不理，態度強硬才會給點好臉色，房間就更別提了，很濃的煙味，讓換也沒換，衞生就更別提了，一言難盡，也可能是個別房間正好遇到了。
