1. 在預訂的時候，平台訊息更新很及時，房型、價格都一目瞭然，下單流程也很順暢。聯繫酒店客服諮詢問題，回覆速度還行，不過解答時部分訊息不夠詳細，希望後續能提升溝通的質量。
2. 網上預訂系統便捷，可輕鬆完成操作。但向酒店發送諮詢消息後，等了近一小時才得到回覆，好在解答還算耐心。
入住體驗
1. 辦理入住手續效率比較高，工作人員態度親切，很快就幫我安排好了房間。走進房間，整體衞生狀況還可以，不過角落裡有一些灰塵，細節之處有待加強。

綜合比較，還是不錯的選擇，旁邊是氣象局，還有個小亭子。也許是累了，也許是床品舒適，周圍安靜，一夜好眠。熱水也順暢，温度可調控。前台很青春。去文廟等地也不遠。酒店總體體驗感可以。

位置好找，可在門前停車，淋浴房內有之前住客遺留的頭繩。前台態度不咋地，入住和退房時分別是兩位前台工作人員，態度都比較傲慢，本來希望多領一張房卡，被拒絕，理由是酒店衹能每個房間一張卡，沒有多餘的，退房時前台也很不耐煩。
