Great little family-run hotel in the city. The room was very clean and the bed super comfy. Lovely breakfast with sweet coffee. The owner was attentive and helpful, providing tips on the local area. He even lent me his bicycle to run an errand. Highly recommended.

This is a family inn, not a hotel. But the owner and the owner's wife are very nice. Friends who smoke should pay attention that smoking is not allowed here, only downstairs.

Vancouver hotel is a family driven hotel with a few rooms. My room was nice, large and clean. The family is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beyond the ordinary, you get a lot of good food! The hotel is located in Ninh Binh town but you can reach all tourist attraction with a taxi. If I ever go to Ninh Binh town again this would be my choice for hotel!

The Vancouver Hotel was amazing! The room was clean and spacious but what really stood out was the customer service. The hotel manager and his wife went above and beyond by arranging a motorbike rental, doing the laundry, helping arrange a taxi and answering all of our questions. There were so many small touches that made us feel so well taken care of. I would 100% stay here again. Also, the breakfast was 10/10! So delicious!

The Vancouver hotel is an excellent hotel in ninh binh city. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful with any needs. The rooms have very nice wood interior, large showers, and very large & comfortable beds. I certainly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in ninh binh.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is in a quiet district and is family run, and they are a lovely family who made our visit memorable. The owner sorted out trips for us and also arranged our onward travel via night bus to Sapa. He gave us a lift to the bus station and refused any payment for this, even though we tried to pay him for the ride. The hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Unicorn lake and Unicorn Mountain. The hotel is a short taxi ride to Trang An and Mua Cave.
