We arrived in a rain storm without a booking! Great to get a big clean room. They gave us helpful advise for meals. We arranged for scooters and guides for grottos, pagoda and caves. We did get a basic cooked breakfast which was more than adequate considering the receptionist was also the cook. He arranged our night train to Dong Hoi and let us return to the hotel for showers after we had checked out. Very helpful polite staff.

I spent one night in this hotel during my tour. Frankly average. Hotel divided into several buildings. One overlooking the street and one at the back of the courtyard. I had a rather sad, damp room. As for the bathroom, not great either. Impossible to adjust the temperature of the shower. Random hot water and when you finally have it, it's a trickle of water that doesn't allow you to rinse. Hard and uncomfortable bedding. Normal breakfast.

Several times during our visits to Ninh Binh we stay in this hotel. In the city center, 20 m from the main artery... Beautiful interior setting, green in the restaurant and breakfast rooms. Big and clean. Really hearty breakfast and staff available to make it pleasant. All the employees are friendly. And if we don't experience them like that it's because we don't like Vietnam, because our smile is the first step if we want to obtain not indifference, but their attention in all respects. I have seen customers lack respect and perhaps the outcome did not suit them. Very large room, beautiful bathroom. Cleanliness everywhere... And the welcome and support for the projects, by the two managers, is really pleasant, serene... An anecdote which shows their attention: The last morning, we had to take the train. Breakfast was scheduled early and the cook was missing... They managed urgently and one of the managers went to buy us a good bottle of Vietnamese wine to apologize for the delay! Top attitude A big thank you Gentlemen!
