Overall it was quite good. The old town and the tourist area are very close. You can also walk there. The hotel is very and. The service is also good but you had the feeling that they don't have much experience with foreign guests, even though there are a lot of tourists.

The hotel is tall, the service is very good, the breakfast is very rich! Elegant environment!

The environment is good, but the location is relatively remote

The most beautiful hotel we have stayed in so far in Vietnam. Service and staff were spot on and very attentive. Feels more like a home stay I can’t imagine how the staff could be any better. Two things to mention. If you’re looking for a good sleep I wouldn’t recommend due to chickens, dogs and other animals constantly making loud noise. I slept with headphones on so in the end didn’t matter. But what to expect when you’re sleeping in the middle of the mountains! Two -the breakfast is cook to order with limited options so it took a long time to get our food and coffee. Plus the options were unhealthy. Would have been nice for porridge and fruit. The experience was incredible, felt like a true paradise in the jungle. We loved our stay. We would stay again if we visited!

The staff is attentive and thoughtful, the restaurant cooks delicious food. However, the bedroom has a large mirror facing the bed which is not good.

Overall, it's okay. The room is quite big, and the breakfast is okay. There are not too many dishes, and the overall environment is okay. It's just that the late check-out service charges 50% for a few hours. I'm a bit unhappy.

I went on a business trip to a factory in Vietnam and stayed in Linping City. I chose this hotel. The location is relatively downtown and it is very convenient to go to various places. However, there is no breakfast. It would be better if breakfast could be provided. The price is basically worthy of its environment and facilities. It's just that the surrounding area is quite noisy, maybe because it is close to the city center, which is more conducive for business travel.

The location was in local Marquette. I thought it was a good place to feel Vietnam. when we stayed, the road leading to the main street was under construction I felt inconvenient to walk. The father of the inn was friendly and helpful. The water drain and water pressure of the shower were good.

Had to spend a bit of time on arrival to find someone to check us in. The room provided was exactly what we asked for and well maintained and clean. Basically a good value for money hotel. There was a good range of eateries available within a couple of blocks and also lots of stalls selling fresh produce and the bonus of a bus station only 5 mins walk that took us back to Hanoi.
