Best Ninh Hoa Hotels

The resort is located by the beach, the facility (pool, room in the villa, garden...) is good. The only concern is the staff (not helpful, especially the staff work at the restaurant), the food of breakfast is empty earlier than closing time 1 hour. The good thing is the beach, which is kept clean.

Although the hotel is located in Ninh Van Bay, the water quality is not good The hotel rooms are OK, but the infrastructure is not well done. In the morning, I saw renovation workers everywhere, as if they were building new villas. (But this hotel has been open for many years, and the new villa is being built next to our room, not in a new area) The construction noise in the hotel is loud, and we are lucky to rest, and there are many workers, which seems unsafe (the key is that the hotel room cannot be locked) The hotel soundproofing is very poor. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the next room was playing DJ and having a party. I almost collapsed. Although I complained and it was improved, the subsequent housekeeper did not follow up and did not give feedback. I feel that the management is still a little bit lacking. The hotel is very primitive, and you can see many wild animals, but there are also many mosquitoes. The meals are relatively expensive, and there is only one restaurant The speedboat is shabby.

We booked the hotel on the advice of friends. We vacationed with them together. Excellent hotel, we liked everything very much! The girls at the reception are very attentive and polite. Check-in is at 14.00, we arrived at 11.00, left our things and went to use the hotel services. The beach has everything: umbrellas, sun loungers, hammocks, swings. We were checked into a room on the 8th floor, with a sea view. The room has everything, from slippers to an ironing board with an iron. The sea view makes you forget about everything, the beauty is indescribable!!! Breakfast buffet, everything is very tasty, a large selection. Wonderful hotel, I recommend it to everyone!!!!!

My Birthday Present got stolen!!! My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days (5/12/24 to 5/14/24) to celebrate my birthday. We got 2 villas, my husband and I stayed in #29 and my friends in #30. Everything went perfect; foods, services and the views was remarkable except it is very hotttt they need more A/C. However, everything is ruinned because my Jellycat Keychain got stolen on the night of 13th. It was not really valueable item but I cant stand for stealing. I cant imagine this happening in a 5-Stars Resort. My husband yelled at me and said nobody gonna steal an unvalueable item and he also explained that if someone wanna steal they gonna steal something more valueable such as watch, purse, etc. He calmed me down and we decieded to find it again. After 2 hours searching the villa and we couldnt see it. We contacted Thao (our host) and she could not do anything. She said that their housekeeping have been in this industry for years and this never happen before. So, are they trying to say that we are lying about the keychain which cost only $30??? I know this aint gonna go anywhere or got resolved because they will Never-Ever admit that they steal it. I just wanna leave this review to get others attention and protect your items at all cost. Later, I upgraded my room to the Rock! There are three rooms with an unbeatable sea view! You also need to take a boat to the room. It was a pleasant surprise and a unique experience! The hotel is very nice and fancy, but the food prices are much more expensive than in the city. But the city is old and there is not much to do. A day or half day tour is enough. The rest of the time is spent swimming, SPA, and relaxing in the hotel

The hotel is very beautiful, in a beautiful place, silence and calm, the bungalow is very nice, comfortable, was loaded in the bungalow room, namely the floor was not washed. There is practically no service in the hotel, food in the restaurant is not very, for breakfast you can choose one dish from the small menu. But this hotel is definitely worth going for the sake of species and nature.
