What makes Fairy Mountain Retreat that extra bit special is the powerful matriarchy that make up the team that run the place. When you think of fairy mountain, the image that you come up with in your head matches the reality. Whimsical, ethereal, the perfect place for nature lovers. The service at breakfast really makes you feel like you’re in a family members kitchen and the attention to detail with everything made our whole stay so great. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking here!

The most beautiful hotel we have stayed in so far in Vietnam.
Service and staff were spot on and very attentive. Feels more like a home stay I can’t imagine how the staff could be any better.
Two things to mention.
If you’re looking for a good sleep I wouldn’t recommend due to chickens, dogs and other animals constantly making loud noise. I slept with headphones on so in the end didn’t matter. But what to expect when you’re sleeping in the middle of the mountains!
Two -the breakfast is cook to order with limited options so it took a long time to get our food and coffee. Plus the options were unhealthy. Would have been nice for porridge and fruit.
The experience was incredible, felt like a true paradise in the jungle.
We loved our stay.
We would stay again if we visited!

A beautiful place, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. An excellent getaway. The working staff and owner are very friendly. The place is well kept and the food is decent. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

It was a little inconvenient to find the place without a travel agency
However, the atmosphere of the bungalow (resort), including the garden and swimming pool, was so beautiful and wonderful
The atmosphere was so nice, as if it was completely in nature. The room facilities and breakfast were very good
In particular, the hospitality of the prospective couple was very kind
During dinner, the pleasant drinking party with the foreign guests at the next table and the prospective couple's mother and father was so good

The hotel is located in a picturesque place among the mountains. The staff is very friendly, the room has an air conditioner with a heating function. A small minus was the weak pressure of hot water in the shower.

The location and views were lovely! Beds are super comfy, they have electric blankets on the beds to keep you toasty in the cooler months! Drinks at the bar were delicious, especially the Whiskey Sours! Food is not gourmet but portions were generous. Our hot water was hot and miss. Transportation from Hanoi was cheaper if you arrange through them. Day trips too. Free bikes on site were a nice bonus. We rode through rice fields to Tam Coc!
