"Beautiful hotel! We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it! The room was relatively new, clean, well designed and even had a balcony! The lady running the little village provided a fantastic service. She woke up early to welcome us, when we came in by bus and even made us a delicious breakfast. When we tried to organize a trip to Trang an, she was very helpful and arranged transportation for us. It was a very nice place to stay and we definitely can recommend to any single, couple or even family traveling!"

"Tam Ha (one of the staffs) had assisted us throughout our stay. Easy to communicate. We reached the hotel around 7am and they let us rest in the massage room while waiting for the check-in time (2pm). At 10am - room was ready for us to check-in. She even upgraded our room and thus, we had bathtub 🥰. They lent us a steamer for us to iron our clothes. Bicycles available to stroll around town (free) and motorcycles available for rent at 60k dong for half day. They even had so many services which sadly we had no time to experience. We did try the complimentary tea time and it was nice to hv a chat at the rooftop with such perfect view. I would recommend this hotel. Service 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Tam Ha even personally came to our room to check on us so that we didn’t miss our flight on the check-out day. The other staffs were also friendly and kind. They assisted us promptly. Technician helped to fix our room telephone and carry our baggage. Everything went perfectly well and this had contributed to our great time in Ninh Binh."

"The staff were very courteous and went our of their way to tell us about the highlights of Ninh Binh (places of interest and food). The room were very spacious and clean although it felt a bit warm as we couldn’t turn down the thermostat. Breakfast was excellent, there were many choices although we couldn’t eat much."

"가족들이 운영하는듯. 친절하고 반갑게 맞아주며 정겨운분위기. 땀꼭 메인에서는 위치가 비껴져있지만 자전거로 둘러보며 다닐수있어서 좋았음 자전거 대여로 빅동사원과 항무아 다녀옴 두군데 다 자전거 타고 다니기가 좋고 풍경 굿 수압은 약한편. 객실 청결도 좋은편. 닭 울음소리나 아이들 뛰놀거나 등 소음엔 다소 취약. 다음날 슬리핑버스 예약하는것 또한 현장에서 바로 결정해서 진행했음 호스트 어머니가 태워다주시고 서비스 굿굿. 아침에 시끄럽다 해서 내려가보니 동네 잔치중 호스트아버지로 보이는분과 주위 아저씨들이 술도.권하고 자리에앉아서 잔치음식 집어먹음 전체적으로 시설이 좋다곤 할순없지만 가격대비 좋았고 무엇보다 호스트 주위 가족들이 신경써주고 웃어주고 여러가지 포인트들이 매우 좋은편 우리 예전 시골마냥 베트남 일상 분위기 느껴볼수있는 좋은기회였음 ww"

"We only stayed one night during ***** New Year. The service was excellent and the breakfast was good. The room had views over the mountains but you do have to look past a lot of construction sites in between. Close to the main centre of Tam Coc, it is a great stop over if you need to be assured of straight forward hotel convenience. They will organise bike hire etc and the scenery around the area is superb! There are great restaurants close by."

We could use their bicycle for free, they rented out their scooter easily with a competitive price, the breakfast was good and had many choices. The room was clean and quiet. Overall, a really great stay, I recommend Lumi garden."

"Arrived early at the hostel until check-in Waited for about 4 hours to check in and enter The staff was warm and the room was rusty I had a fireplace so I could rest comfortably. The bed was wet because it rained, but it was comfortable after a while Thank you for the hard work of the staff"
